The YASNO E-Mobility mobile application provides a streamlined solution for fast electric vehicle charging within our network. Designed to enhance user convenience, the app simplifies the charging process through clear, step-by-step instructions.
To initiate a charge, users are guided to follow four straightforward steps:
- Register an account within the mobile app.
- Add a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and deposit any desired amount into your account.
- Select the nearest charging station and preferred connector type on the map.
- Connect your electric vehicle and press the “Start charging” button to begin.
The application features filter options to facilitate efficient station searches, enabling users to specify charging power levels (22 kW or 50 kW), connector types (Type 2, CHAdeMO, CCS), and station availability. Additionally, the app allows users to plan routes using integrated navigation from their smartphones.
Key functionalities of the YASNO E-mobility app include:
- Creating a list of “favorite” charging stations for quick access.
- Receiving push notifications regarding the start and end of charging sessions.
- Monitoring charging progress in real-time, including current speed, session volume, and cost.
- Saving payment details within the app for one-click balance replenishment.
- Reviewing detailed history of each session—location, load schedule, duration, and expenditure.
- Adding personal cards or key chains for contactless start and stop of charging; operational upon proximity at designated stations and following in-app instructions.
- Enabling automatic account top-ups when the balance falls below a set threshold.
The application is continually evolving, with new features planned for future updates. Users can enjoy a seamless charging experience with YASNO E-mobility’s integrated tools and support services.
